A wide range of gaskets
and materials are available eg Glazepta wrap around
gaskets - a unique material only available from PEC,
ideal for use in aluminium/metal systems. It forms a
good seal and has a very good temperature range. Many
gaskets are also available for use in uPVC systems from
our budget range and a trade standard static and dynamic
range.
Existing customers have contracts with large well known
builders, local authorities, Police authorities and
car dealerships to name but a few. Profiles can be made
to tailor suit market requirements.

From flexiangle profiles
to cill covers, crack inducers to water seals, we can
extrude up to 230 mm wide rigid profiles, including
fire retardant materials. As the conservatory industry
continues to grow, we supply several conservatory roof
systems to large manufacturers across the country.

An assortment of fixing braces, clip
in and sliding covers are produced as well as co-extruded
beads for use in well-known window, door and conservatory
systems.

Various co-extruded seals
are used in trains, and our unique Glazepta material
is extruded as a tape (formerly known as Everseal) covering
a wide range of sizes. This is ideal for secondary glazing,
automotive and caravan style windows. It has lead the
field in its application in aluminium glazing and has
a long life with an exceptional service record in products
in the building and double glazing industries.

Several screen joints,
wire management systems, finishers and accessory rails
are supplied in various colours to large systems furniture
companies, who design and manufacture corporate office
systems to the financial sector and call centre markets.

We produce shower seals as single
material extrusions as well as co-extruded, in black,
crystal and white.

These profiles include finishers,
clip in screw covers, window gaskets and seals including
our unique Glazepta tape, which is ideal for glazing
metal windows. It lends itself to taking up glass
tolerances easily, has a high coefficient of friction
against glass and metal and is effortless to trim
to size.

We have a standard range
of tear off wedges in PVC and PVC Nitrile which are
colour coded for identification. The sizes range from
1-2 mm to 7-8 mm and are supplied in loose coils, cardboard
reels or in buckets.

We can extrude hoses
up to 87 mm od for use in the marine industry. We currently
supply several companies for use throughout the world
as umbilicals, seismic streamers and sonar streamers.
These are produced in sonar grade PVC's and TPU ethers.

Hoses and tubes can be
extruded in TPU ethers and esters as small as 3.5 mm
od. Depending on the size and material used we can coil
or cut them to length. These hoses are used in industries
as diverse as carpets to earth moving equipment, spa
baths to fuel and brake pipes.
