We supply several types of extruded products to the window, building, automotive, marine and leisure industries to name but a few.

We have 12 extrusion lines consisting of twin and single screw types and down stream equipment producing flexible and rigid materials in profile and tube form, as well as co-extruded gaskets.

Many different polymers are extruded including different grades of thermoplastic materials such as PVC, PVC-u, PP, PU, TPE and a unique product called Glazepta which is a thermoplastic EPDM based material often thought of as the best material to use in the aluminium, metal and stainless steel industries for static gaskets.

We can also produce some sections requiring punching and inline printing and several extrusion lines are fitted with punching, cutting and ink jet printing equipment.

As suppliers we are highly accredited and mindful of the environment issues and regulations.

Waste materials are re-ground on site and are either blended into certain end products or sold to merchants, which is why thermoplastics are far more user friendly than rubber profiles eg thermoset EPDM.
